And provide them with information, or something that they are interested in.
The success of social media is when the company engages the customers. Through this media channel, you can determine a wide array of things from your customer base and meet them where they are. Constant, relevant, engaging content are what people are looking for from businesses who have profiles on these sites. Content is king and engaging the customers is vital and it ALL depends on your customers. Social Media allows you to learn about them, talk to them and engage them in a way that has never been available before. We used to have to go out to places and survey people. Now you can ask them directly and get answers. It is amazing.
